Joint Repairs and Joint Seals for UK Highways
A variety of cost-effective repair and seal systems to extend the life or refurbish. BBA HAPAS approved, long life and installed with second-to-none service and experience.

Often used as a crack inducer at the static end of a structure, saw cut and seal is the most basic type of formed joint. Our Crews are equipped to carry out saw cut and seal operations using a variety of hot and cold applied sealants. More >>

Typical repairs that are needed include slot drain repair, gantry walls, emergency maintenance access (EMA) laybys and airfields. More >>

Sealing the cracks between the kerb and the road is necessary to prevent water ingress and weed growth. The kerb is treated with herbicide to kill any growth before sealing with a BBA HAPAS approved material. More >>

LMS Highways offer refurbishment of existing joints, including repairs to joints following resurfacing works. We also offer a replacement service for failed joints either like for like, or replacing with a Nosing Joint, which for a small increase in cost gives a greater lifespan and requires less maintenance. More >>

For use in areas with either high expansion/contraction requirements, high traffic flows, or both. LMS Highways are authorised contractors to install a range of BD33/94 Type 4 and Type 6 joints. These use a range of high performance mortars and seals to give unsurpassed life spans with minimal maintenance. More >>
